Mark Dean was born on March 2, 1957, in Jefferson City. He won the IBM Fellow award for helping start Improvements on the personal computer. He led the creation of the Industry Standard Architecture system bus. This new invention helped connect computers to printers. Another invention he assisted in was the creation of the gigahertz computer chip. This chip made commuters much faster. The final technology-changing innovation he help create was colorized computer monitors. Mark Dean has done so much for technology, he is a real hero
